Sergeant Paper exhibition season has officially opened. Cloé Bourguignon is starting the party with « La Chamade », an exhibition of artworks, full of love and humour, edited on paper in limited series.
With Valentine's Day being just around the corner, Cloé is offering us a quirky and caustic view on Love in capital letters.
The artist is finding inspiration for sceneries, attitudes and expressions in her collection of vintage photographs. With a perfect balance between dark humor and lightness, Cloé Bourguignon is playing with images and texts, diverting them from their original meaning to give them a brand new sense.
Cloé Bourguignon was born in 1995 near Paris. She started her career as a freelance illustrator after a few years of applied art class in high school. It is from vintage photographs and poetry, her two passions, that Cloé find the inspiration for almost all her drawings, which she creates using Indian ink on paper or a digital tablet.

From January 31st until February 23rd.
