Born in 1988 in Montpellier, in the South of France, Thomas Danthony graduated from a Master in Product Design. He dedicates himself to illustration after moving to London. Since then, Thomas Danthony as freelance for the Press and for advertising on difference projects, for european but also american clients such as Google, Arte, Netflix or Liberty.
Thomas Danthony gets his inspiration from cinema, architecture, photography and painting. To understand his vintage world, you need to come back to the beginning of the 20th century. Fond of the early twentieth century illustration, Thomas Danthony is using gouache to create his artworks. Through round shapes, solid colors and strong contrasts that characterize his aesthetic, the artist demonstrates a great sense of detail and composition.
