How are your parcels prepared for shipment?

Every order is packed with the utmost care. We use silk paper in order to optimally protect the printing surface. The artwork is then rolled in Kraft paper to add protection. Finally the art print is packaged in a thick and strong postal tube. Both extremities are tightly closed to prevent any possible opening.

What are the order delivery times?

It takes 2 working days (Monday to Friday) to receive your order in France. For international orders, the delay is estimated between 4 and 10 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination.
We respect these delivery times and are not responsible for delays due to the Post Office.

Which countries do you deliver to? What are the shipping costs?

Sergeant Paper delivers in all countries using Colissimo Home Delivery with tracking.

Do you deliver to pick-up points and post offices?

Yes, we deliver to pick-up points and post offices all over France and Europe.

 I have made an order with a pick-up in the gallery, when can I collect my artwork?

You will receive a automatic email confirming that you can pick up your artwork. Pick-ups are usually possible up to a maximum of 48 hours upon ordering, unless we are waiting for a manual signature by an artist.

Where can I track the status of my order?

You can track the delivery of your package at any time using your tracking number (that was sent to you upon confirmation of your order) on the following site:
If ever, the package is late and you need more information, do not hesitate to contact the after-sales service by email or give us a call at +33(0) from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my order?

It is possible that the confirmation email may have slipped into your SPAM box. If this is not the case, there was probably a small technical problem when the email was automatically sent. Do not hesitate to contact the after-sales service by e-mail  or by phone at +33(0) from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm to make sure that your order is taken into account.

Do I have to create a customer account to make an order?

You can make a “quick” order without creating a customer account. However, by creating a customer account you can access a space where you can view the history, invoices, and follow-up of orders made on our website.

According to the tracking platform, my package is available at the post office. However, I don’t have a delivery notice. How should I proceed?

Unfortunately, sometimes the postman does not leave a delivery notification indicating that he tried to deliver you in your absence. Don’t panic, just take your tracking number and your ID card with you and go to the nearest post office (the one you depend on) to pick up your package.


How can I exchange my order?

Sergeant Paper gives you 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your order. You can go directly to the gallery at 26, rue du Château, 75010 Paris or contact the after-sales service by email or by phone at +33(0) from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

My package has arrived damaged, what should I do?

Even though we take great care in packing each artwork, we cannot give a 100% guaranty that each package will arrive in good condition. Be reassured, this is very very rare.
Do not hesitate to send us a few photos of your damaged parcel and damaged poster as well as the certificate of authenticity by email to The package will be replaced as soon as possible with no additional fees on your side.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to modify your order, please send an email to to see what can be done.
For any online purchase, you have a legal retraction period of 14 days upon reception of your online order.
