Grems


Grems , whose real name is Mickael Eveno, is a musician and graphic artist.
As a graffiti Artist and artistic director, Grems participated in the Imagine'R campaign (RATP, SNCF, Transilien), On the visual comunication of his label Deephop Panel, has been published in various specialized books and magazines. Grems exhibits around the world with Silverbridge (Juli Susin) alongside Jason Rhoades, Andreas Hofer, Mickael Rosendorff, Roberto Orth, Véronique Borguoin, at Labotario Arte Alameda in Mexico, at the Comtemporary art Center in Bordeaux, at Georges Pompidou Center…
Grems is also part of the TT crew (not to be mistakened with the Parisian hiphop crew TTC), Graffiti artist collective from Bordeaux, as well as french activits. A record/book eponymous, Grems was released by Editions Populaires.
Concerning his music career, in 2005 Grems founded the Deephop Panel Label with the aim of promoting a certain idea of hiphop and electronic music.
Grems launches a new hiphop conceptual project influenced by Moodyman, Technotronic and Crystal Waters with Killersounds and the 4Romain: Rouge à Levres. The first album Rouges a levres entirely produced with analog instruments, is released the same year and is soon discovered by Disiz La Peste which will soon take part in the project the following year.
En 2006, Grems releases his second solo album Airmax on the Deehop Panel label. With total freedom, Grems offers here 17 tracks produced by Hustla, Olympe Mountain, Rouge à Lèvres and Dj Troubl'. In 2008, Rouge a levres ' second album is released featuring DJ Gero and John 9000 for production, and Disiz La Peste on the mic. In 2009, Grems turns 30 ears old, and delivers a third solo album with 30 tracks. Grems reveals the end of his Deephop Panel Label in the song Tuer le Chat (kill the cat) which is yhe logo for the Label.
Grems is since then present on more than 50 projects both musical and artistic, collaborating with brands but also with Foreign Beggars, Opolopo, Machinedrum, Wildchild (Stones Throw), Voice (PTR), M Sayvid (Antipop Consortium), Primeridian (Guidance) and many more...
